Published orders in the public interest
The Goa Public Service Commission publishes all final judgements of the Bombay High Court (Goa Bench) and the Supreme Court of India in writ petitions filed against the Commission. These are made available in accordance with Section 4(1)(b) of the RTI Act 2005 proactive disclosure requirements.
The archive includes orders relating to examination procedures, reservation policy, age and eligibility disputes, merit list publication, and interpretation of recruitment rules framed by the Commission under Article 320 of the Constitution.
Pending matters and interim orders are not published here to preserve sub-judice confidentiality.
