The Goa Public Service Commission has been, since its constitution in 1988, a custodian of merit, fairness and constitutional propriety in the recruitment of civil services for the State of Goa. Under Article 320 of the Constitution of India, the Commission is entrusted with the responsibility of conducting examinations and advising Government on recruitment, promotions, and disciplinary proceedings.

With the launch of this refreshed digital portal, the Commission reaffirms its commitment to transparency, accessibility and accountability. Every candidate can now apply online, download admit cards, view results, and exercise the Right to Information directly from this portal. Every process is recorded and auditable.
