How to apply

Sign in with the login credentials issued to you by GPSC on your registered email or mobile.

Apply
Select any open advertisement, fill eligibility details, upload documents.

Pay Fee
Pay the applicable examination fee online through the integrated payment gateway.

Admit Card
Download your QR-coded admit card approximately 10 days before the exam.

Examination
Appear at the allocated centre. Results and merit lists are published on this portal.

Eligibility checklist

Please ensure you meet all of the following general requirements before applying to any GPSC advertisement.

Citizenship

You must be a citizen of India or satisfy the citizenship clause of the specific advertisement.

  • Indian citizen
  • OCI (some posts)
  • Nepalese / Bhutanese subjects (some posts)

Age

You must meet the minimum and maximum age limits prescribed in each advertisement, with applicable relaxation.

  • General category limits
  • SC / ST / OBC relaxation
  • Government employee relaxation
  • PwD relaxation

Education

You must hold the qualifying degree or diploma specified in the advertisement from a recognised institution.

  • Final-year candidates (where permitted)

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions from candidates.

Do I need to register separately for each advertisement?
No. Register once on this portal and your profile works across every future GPSC advertisement. You only need to complete the notification-specific section each time.
Can I edit my application after submission?
Editing is allowed only within the correction window announced in each advertisement. After the correction window closes, applications are locked for scrutiny.
How do I pay the examination fee?
Fees are collected online during the application flow via the integrated payment gateway. Net-banking, UPI, debit card, credit card and wallets are supported. A receipt is generated immediately on success.
When will I get my admit card?
Admit cards are released on the candidate portal approximately 10 days before the examination date. You will receive an SMS and email alert. Admit cards can be downloaded from My Applications.
What if I forget my password?
Use the Forgot Password link on the Login page. A one-time password is sent to your registered mobile and email. Reset your password and log back in.
Is there a helpdesk for technical issues?
Yes. Reach the helpdesk via the Contact page. Technical support is available during office hours on working days.
