Right to Information Act 2005
Under the Right to Information Act 2005, every citizen of India has the right to request information from the Commission. The Commission is bound to provide a response within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
You may file your RTI application online through the Government of Goa's official RTI portal. If your application is not responded to, you may file a first appeal through the same portal.
